  1. Hiring an experienced lawyer with a proven track record gives an individual the best chance of obtaining a fair settlement. Anyone who has experienced an injury or economic damage due the wrongdoing or negligence of another should consider hiring a personal injury lawyer, preferably someone who has a decent amount of experience under their belt. He or she will work hard to win them compensation for their loss.
